Regular Maintenance Wash is $100/month flat for any vehicle size. Ceramic Coating, Headlight Restoration and Custom Packages are quoted individually. A call-out fee of $20–$50 applies depending on your distance from Katoomba.
  • Do you come to my home or workplace?
    Yes, Driven Detail is 100% mobile. Joe comes to wherever your car is parked: home driveway, workplace car park, or anywhere else that works for you. You don't need to arrange drop-off or pick-up.
  • How long does a detail take?
    It depends on the service: Express Detail 1.5–2 hours, Premium Detail 3–4 hours, Pre-Sale Detail 5–6 hours, Ultimate Paint Correction a full day (6–8 hours). Joe will give you a time estimate when you book.
  • What's the difference between the Express Detail and Premium Detail?
    The Express Detail is a quick refresh, exterior wash, vacuum, surface wipe, windows, tyre dressing. The Premium Detail goes much deeper: stain removal, mat shampooing, wheel and boot cleaning, crevice brushing, and all surfaces properly dressed. If your car needs a real reset rather than just a tidy-up, the Premium is the one.
  • What is paint correction and do I need it?
    Paint correction is a machine polishing process that removes swirl marks, fine scratches and surface oxidation from your car's clear coat. If your paint looks dull or hazy in sunlight, or you can see swirling marks, paint correction will dramatically improve it. Look at your car in direct sunlight; if you see circular scratches, it's worth considering.
  • Is ceramic coating worth it?
    If you want long-term paint protection and an easier-to-clean car, yes. A ceramic coating lasts 2–5 years, repels water and contaminants, and protects against UV fading. It costs more upfront but saves on repeated waxing and keeps your paint looking better for longer. Especially worth it for new cars or after paint correction.

    Yes, for one-off bookings a call-out fee applies depending on your distance from Katoomba: $20 within 10km, $30 within 20km, $40 within 30km, $50 within 40km. Katoomba and immediate surrounds (including Leura) are within the lowest fee bracket. The fee is clearly quoted when you book, no surprises. Regular Maintenance Wash customers pay no call-out fee anywhere in the service area.
  • What vehicle types do you detail?
    Joe details all vehicle types: sedans, hatchbacks, SUVs, wagons, 4WDs, utes, and vans. Pricing is based on vehicle size (Small / Medium / Large) rather than make or model. Large vehicles include 7-seat SUVs and lifted 4x4s.
  • What is the Regular Maintenance Wash?
    A monthly scheduled clean at a flat $100/month for any vehicle size, with no call-out fee anywhere in the Blue Mountains service area. Joe comes to your driveway on a regular schedule. You don't rebook, you don't chase it, he just shows up. It covers the same scope as an Express Detail: exterior wash, interior vacuum, windows, surfaces, tyres dressed. It's cheaper than a one-off Express Detail for most Blue Mountains customers once you factor in the call-out fee savings, and the locked-in slot removes any admin on your end.
  • How do I set up a Regular Maintenance Wash plan?
    You need to start with a Premium Detail (from $250), which gets your car to a proper clean baseline. After that job, call Joe on 0477 267 851 and he'll lock in a recurring monthly slot for you. From then on, it runs automatically. There's no contract and no minimum term. You can pause or stop by letting Joe know before his next scheduled visit.
  • Do you offer detailing for business fleets?
    Yes. Joe provides scheduled mobile detailing for businesses, councils and tradies with multiple vehicles. Fleet accounts get a monthly schedule, monthly invoicing, and no call-out fees.   • How do I book?
    Use the online booking form, select your service, vehicle size, preferred date and time, and Joe will confirm within 2 hours during business hours. Or call 0477 267 851 directly if you prefer to talk through options first. For a Regular Maintenance Wash or fleet account, call Joe directly, as these aren't set up through the online form.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    EFTPOS, bank transfer, and cash are all accepted on the day. Payment is made after the job is complete to your satisfaction.
  • How do I get a price for my car?
    Prices for Express, Premium and Pre-Sale Details are listed on the website by vehicle size, no quote needed, just book. For Paint Correction, Ceramic Coating, Headlight Restoration and Custom Packages, call 0477 267 851 or use the booking form to request a quote. Joe can usually give you a price over the phone based on your description.
